Dear Neighbor,

For nearly 20 years, my husband and I have been blessed to call San Luis Obispo County home. I started my business here, we put down our roots here, and I have dedicated a large part of my life to giving back and making this place the best it can possibly be.

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to serve as the Mayor of Atascadero for the past five years. At the City, we have developed a spirit of collaboration where government, residents, businesses, and nonprofits work together to contribute to making Atascadero such a very special place to live, work, and play. We have accomplished so much together, including new investments in public safety, meaningful efforts to address homelessness and game-changing economic and infrastructure projects.

Now, I am running for Supervisor to bring experienced, competent leadership to the county and put the needs of our residents first. In Atascadero, we know how to bring people together to advance positive change. I look forward to bringing that same collaborative, forward-thinking approach to the county.

I can’t wait to share more with you throughout this campaign. In the meantime, please take a look at my background, my thoughts on some key issues, and some of the folks who I am honored to have behind me in this effort.
